Parenting with Love and Logic
classes (see website for
more info) are just beginning but people may still join
this group for a week or more. We meet at the Birth
center on 930 Martin Luther King Blvd., Chapel Hill on
Tuesdays from 7-9 pm.
Moms attend: May 1, 15 and June 5, 19 (or
whomever is available)
Dads attend: May 8, 22 and June 12, 26 (or the
co-parent of your choice)
$138 for one parent or $226 for co-parents. Call

Monthly Fire Ceremony:
Join the Monday night healing circle at
Drumsong Sanctuary for the Soul 7-9pm for a monthly fire ceremony to
continually recreate ourselves by letting go of that which we no
longer need and receiving into our lives that which we call forth
and claim for ourselves. Let the fire assist you in transforming you

Arapaho Little Boys and Girls Sweat Lodge:
June 24th
Rev. Sharon Mitchell has been honored with the passing down of the
tradition of the Arapaho Nation sweat lodge. She has been on the Red
Road living Native American Spirituality for over twenty years. Her
experience will inspire you to discover the power that you carry
within you to manifest Grandmother‘s Spirit to your personal life.
She creates sacred and traditional ceremonies in her business,
Ceremonies From the Heart.
We will have a workday on Friday June 22 to
prepare the site. We will rebuild the lodge
on June 23rd and sweat on Sunday June 24th. Call to participate in one or both days. Monetary gifting
is appropriate and appreciated.
Cherokee Elder and Spiritual Teacher Will
Rockingbear is from the
mountains of North Carolina. He teaches people how to truly heal,
reclaim their personal power and create the life they want with
humor, joy, clarity and impeccable precision.

Native American Teaching Circle
Sunday May 20th 4-6 pm
In this ceremony we come together with the ancestors to
show up and speak truth, to state what we want and what
we are willing to do about it. We will learn about being
a sacred human being in right relations with ourselves,
taking responsibility for our medicine so that all of
our relationships are expressions of respect and joy. We
will work with the powerful teachings of gratitude in
dreaming our world into being. We will learn about
feeding the holies so that we might all live brighter,
more abundant and harmonious lives. We will journey into
the dreamtime to the time honored beat of the shaman's
drum to receive messages or work with our guides and
helpers so bring your healing requests.
Dress comfortably to sit on floor and/or lie down for
drumming. Bring cushion to sit on and cloth or sarong to
cover legs. Chairs available if needed. Please call to
notify if you plan on coming and to obtain directions.

Firewalk with
Marada Uchniat

Firewalking is a sacred ritual that has taught people to
reach beyond their limiting beliefs for thousands of
years. Marty brings the ancient practice of Firewalking
into a contemporary setting, giving you tools to improve
your life, while keeping alive the sacred nature of the
ceremony. Many people say this evening program is the
most transformational experience of their life. Whether
you walk on the coals or not, you will feel empowered
and inspired.
 Trance Healing Circles
(maximum 8 people per
session by reservation only)
A Trance Healing is an opportunity to listen to and
integrate information from souls that have been
influencing your feelings, thoughts, habits and/or
relationships before they are sent with their lights by
two trance healers. Trance healings facilitate
forgiveness, peace and reconciliation for all beings
involved. Over time we recommend a series of eight
healings to complete the cycle around the sacred spiral
and balance your masculine and feminine energies.
Suggested donation: $15 per healing per person.
